Duties:

• Register as the Responsible Individual of a children's home
• Work with Director of organisation to assist with the opening of a new children's home
• Ensure the service is fit for purpose
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED guidelines and standards
• Lead on recruitment of a brand new staff team
• Implement policies and procedures for the service to follow
• Lead on safeguarding concerns
• Line manage Registered Manager
• Working part-time, 1 day a week contract
• Leicester based home

Pay:

• Day rate, between 350 - 500 per day

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Driving Licence
• Experience as a Responsible Individual is essential
