Sales Admin | £25,000 - £27,000 | LeicesterMonday - Friday | Office based | Permanent Cherry Professional have a really exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the Customer service / Sales  department for a Leicester based company.You would join a team of hard working Sales Administrators that truly value client relationships – supporting your customers with sales orders, delivery queries, occasional product queries, you will share their values in putting customers first and trying to go above and beyond where you can.What we are looking for:- Previous experience within a Customer Sales environment- Previous Sales Admin experience - Excellent telephone manner with superb interpersonal skills- An energetic character who can show initiative when needed- Accurate & quick  IT / Processing skills- Fantastic attention to detail- A team player Key responsibilities: - Answer incoming Sales Admin calls - Ordering equipment from outside suppliers- Understand customer requirements and process orders accurately and efficiently to enhance the customer experience- Address customer questions regarding our products and services (Product knowledge training provided)- Always strive to sell company products and any equipment the customer may need for correct installation.
