We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join my client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and possesses a keen eye for detail. If you are driven, motivated, and ready to contribute to a thriving team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Quotations & Orders: Prepare quotes for new and existing customers and process orders efficiently.
  • Data Management: Keep warranty logs up to date, update the internal Sales Board, and input key information into the CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Provide telephone support on stock availability, pricing, and product enquiries.
  • Documentation & Organisation: Process and file customer documents to ensure smooth record-keeping.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external colleagues to support new and existing clients and orders.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects and keep key stakeholders informed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to build rapport with demanding and fast-moving decision-makers.
  • Resilient under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Driven and motivated with a keen interest in influencing earning potential.
  • Confident communicator, engaging and persuasive, especially over the phone.
  • Highly organised with strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who works well with others and contributes to overall success.
