Sales Advisor – Head Office

Location: Leicestershire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per year

Simon Acres Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is excited to present an opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join a growing and dynamic team at their head office based in Leicestershire . Our client is a leading retailer and importer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to after sales support. This is a fast-paced role that requires a highly organised individual who thrives in a customer-focused and sales-driven environment. You will be the key point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing expert advice on products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

  • Manage incoming sales calls and offer technical and design advice

  • Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide after sales support

  • Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system

  • Coordinate sample dispatches and assist the Sales Manager as needed

  • Offer advice on product suitability, sizing, and pricing while showcasing a flair for interiors

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales environment

  • Experience in luxury goods or interiors (desirable)

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills

  • Experience using a CRM system

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
