Sales Negotiator
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £32k + Commission + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in buying, selling, and letting properties.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will arrange and conduct property viewings and market appraisals in the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors about their property's marketing activity.
- Negotiate offers and secure sales at the best possible price for clients.
- Ensure adherence to current legislation and regulations.
- Maintain a courteous and professional approach with all clients.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
- Ideally have previous sales experience.
- Understanding of local property market.
- Strong self-awareness and initiative.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Access to own vehicle would be preferred.
