Sales Consultant - Security & Fire Safety | Permanent | 35-45K + Bonus
Remote / Hybrid available | Company Car | East Midlands Based

Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Sales Consultant for a Security and Fire safety companydue to continued growth and expansion. You will be joining a strong team with a passion to provide a high level of customer experience, working with their existing client base with a focus on expanding their services across the region.

Key details:

- Maintain and develop long term relationships with new and existing clients as aSecurity & Fire Sales Consultant
- Identify and visit new customers for new business generation
- Gather market and customer information for insight into market trends
- Maintain and update CRM for reporting processes and to manage pipeline
- Work closely with the team and the sales manager to co-ordinate sales efforts and maintain excellent customer service
- Generate new leads by warm/cold calling, networking utilisation of existing customer base
- Provide effective sales presentations to prospective customers identifying their needs and demonstrating the right product or service required
- Carry out surveys, providing cost proposals
- Revisiting and following up on completed works to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of equipment and regulations

What they are looking for:

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience within a similar role in the security industry
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving similar targets
- Ideal to have system design knowledge. Awareness of Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Pyronix, Galaxy products
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills, able to prioritise and manage workload
- Proven account management skills
- Full UK driving license
- Good understanding of system design and current regulations
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, driving business growth and profitability

Benefits:

- Base salary up to 45K per annum (negotiable on experience)
- Uncapped commission OTE 55K - 65K
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
