Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Ongoing until Christmas)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
- Handling incoming calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Assisting with basic admin duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining transport records
- Supporting the transport team with daily operations
- Liaising with drivers and customers to resolve any queries or issues
- Ensuring all paperwork and delivery documents are correctly processed
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a transport or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Competitive pay rate of £12.50 per hour
- Fixed working hours Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
