Job Title: Yard Operative
Location: Leicester
Salary: £11.44 an hour
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time – 25 Hours per week, Mon-Fri. Overtime may be available when required.
Technical Surfaces is a leading installer and maintenance provider of various Sports surfaces in the UK.

The role:
- Organising the outside yard space
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and tidy.
- Cleaning of Vehicles and Machinery
- Assisting with Stock Checks of the Warehouse
- Delivering/Collecting machinery in the event of a breakdown
- Parking up machinery/vehicles, and noting any damages
- Offloading of inbound deliveries
- Preparing of outbound deliveries
- General building maintenance.
- Any other general duties.
The Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Forklift experience (Desirable – training can be provided)
- Time management
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
