Location: Kirby Muxloe Branch, LE9.

Salary: Potential Earnings with overtime 32k.

Stonecraft Paving is a successful landscape company that sells to the trade and public. Situated between Kirby Muxloe and Ratby, we have been trading for over 100 years. Open 6 days a week and Bank Holidays.

We currently have an opportunity for a hard working person to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for order picking, loading and unloading lorries and serving the general public. An enthusiastic approach to work, along with the ability to work within a team or independently is required for this role.

# Overview:
We are seeking a devoted and dedicated Yard Person to join our team. The Yard Person will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the yard, as well as assisting with the movement of materials and products using a forklift.

# Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organised yard area.
- Operate a forklift truck (FLT) to move materials and products
- Follow all safety procedures and policies
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in training and development activities as required

# Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a forklift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety and teamwork

- Valid forklift certification is preferred

# Day-to-Day:
- Operate a forklift truck to move materials and products around the yard
- Keep the yard area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with various tasks related to yard maintenance and organization
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

For this role the applicant will require a fork lift truck licence (counter balance).
and their own transport.

Potential earnings 32k per annum with overtime
