Gem Fundraising Ltd is looking for outgoing, confident individuals to join our expanding team. With entry level sales positions and leadership opportunities, we have something for people of all experience levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be working from our Leicester-based office and tasked with working independently or in small teams of 2 or 3 to represent our charity partners in shopping centres, supermarkets, events and shows in and around the Leicestershire area. The job itself requires you to have a conversation about our clients services and ask the public for a small monthly donation via a direct debit to support the cause.


THE PERFECT APPLICANT:

Experience in sales, Marketing, charities or business management is desirable but not essential as full training is given

Entrepreneurial Attitude with an eye on being their own boss is a plus

Strong communication skills

Strong work ethic

This is a commission-based role with expected earnings of at least 25k 40k per annum with fully trained fundraisers often exceeding those figures.
