Graphic Designer - Full Stack

As a growing company, we are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the visual identity of our brand. You will lead design efforts across multiple platforms, including logo creation, branding, website design, and mobile app interfaces. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to create designs that reflect the innovative spirit of our company. This is a remote role, but you will be expected to visit on-site occasionally as required.

Given the sensitive nature of our projects, all applicants must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work.

• Logo & Branding: Develop and implement a strong visual identity for the company, including logo design, colour schemes, and brand guidelines.

• Website Design: Create and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing design that reflects our core values.

• App Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) for our health tech mobile application, with a focus on user experience (UX).

• Marketing Materials: Design marketing collateral such as digital banners, brochures, and presentations to support product launches and campaigns.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive branding and seamless integration of design elements.

• Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints while adapting to the unique requirements of each platform.

• Adaptability: Tackle a variety of design challenges, from product packaging to promotional content, as needed by the startup environment.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, UI/UX design courses) are a plus.

• Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in a startup environment.

  • Proven track record as a full stack designer, capable of handling logo creation, branding, web design, and app interfaces.

  • Experience working with health tech or IoT-related products is a plus but not mandatory.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Sketch.

  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and front-end web design.

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

• Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management skills.

  • Willingness to occasionally visit on-site for key meetings or projects.

  • Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to employment.
