??????We are seeking a creative and innovative Womenswear Graphic Designer to join our client's well-established print and design company based in Leicester. This role is perfect for someone who is on the cutting edge of design, up to date with current trends, and eager to bring fresh, inspired ideas to the table. You will be working on-site in our vibrant offices, which include in-house manufacturing production, alongside other like-minded individuals.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Create placement prints for jersey, ensuring designs are fresh, on-trend, and meet customer requirements, briefs, and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with licence holders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on a range of projects for retail.
  • Colour proof, retouch, and set up artwork for Screen, DTG, and Sublimation print.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Offer new and exciting creative ideas for development and present these to the creative team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Stay up-to-date with new and emerging trends.
  • Be commercially aware of trends across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with account managers.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and thoroughness in your approach to design.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting attitude, with engaging communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer within the fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Womenswear designs.
  • Experience and knowledge of placement print for jersey.
  • High level handwriting skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and comfortable using MAC for design.
  • A degree or college-level education in Graphic Design or relevant experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and intelligent communication skills.
  • Ability to integrate seamlessly into the wider design team.
