- Experience of managing health and safety in a relevant industry sector.
- Possess sound technical knowledge of health and safety matters affecting the mineral products industry including knowledge of legislative requirements and the regulatory framework.
- Be able to demonstrate professional competence through possession of relevant technical and professional qualifications, including membership of relevant professional bodies.
- IT literate, plus a full UK driving licence.
- Possess strong communication skills and relationship building skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with a broad range of people through a range of media including written and verbal.
