The Programme Manager will oversee, and programme manage a workforce review. They will focus on in year finance and workforce efficiencies, particularly around temporary spend and activity.Main Duties of the Programme Manager:

  • Full implementation and optimisation of e-medical rostering
  • Optimisation of medical job planning
  • Reduction in Temporary Medical spend in line with internal targets and NHSE agency targets and bank benchmarking.
  • Conduct rapid workforce review in conjunction with an external company.
  • Review resident doctor rotas to establish optimum establishment and link to use of temporary medical staff for this workforce group.
  • To produce appropriate data packs and reports for Senior-level meetings

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to evidence experience of implementing e-medical rostering
  • Ability to evidence experience of reducing temporary spend within a medical environment
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly utilising BI
