An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with2 years experience in senior role to join our client. They offer specialised therapeutic services to help children and young people stabilise, build resilience, and navigate transitions successfully.

As a Registered Manager, you will be managing two single-bedded care homes, ensuring compliance, leading a dedicated team, and overseeing daily operations to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing care homes in line with care regulations and company standards.
  • Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of the children.
  • Leading a staff team to deliver care aligned with the organisation's values.
  • Overseeing home registration and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing household budgets, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Coordinating staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implementing security measures and ensuring the safety of the home.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 of years senior level experience in children's residential care.
  • QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People.
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care.
  • Ideally have Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
