Sales Manager - Modular / Anti-Vandal Buildings
Basic to 55,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Tax Efficient Car

Fantastic opportunity to join a manufacturer of construction site based Modular and Anti-Vandal buildings.

The role

Whilst this is a national sales role there will be a strong bias towards covering the South East and London regions where our clients offerings are particularly well received. You will be selling and not hiring site based accommodation to Tier 1 Contractors, House Builders and specialist Sub-Contractors where buildings are often on site for protracted periods of time particularly on large infrastructure type projects.

The company have solutions that many of their competitors cannot offer, for example the provision of four storey buildings.

You will work very closely with a well established technical team of designers and estimators providing them with information like site access and utility provision to insure that projects are specced correctly and work.

About you

* Sales experience of providing site based accommodation
* Specific knowledge of modular buildings (not flat pack solutions)
* Have the potential to become Head of Sales as your division has been ear marked for investment and growth
* Live in or close to any of the home locations listed above
