We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to manage all aspects of recruitment for our client's business. You will provide professional administrative HR support to employees.
Description of the role:
- Collaborating with internal departments on open vacancies.
- Managing applications, building a candidate pool and updating candidates on all stages.
- Advertising vacancies both internally and externally.
- Maintaining a candidate database.
- Ensuring compliance for all Right to Work checks.
- Provide administrative support across the HR team.
- Preparing new starter and onboarding documentation.
About you:
- Experience of working within internal recruitment.
- A passion for recruitment and building talent pools for the business.
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with HRIS and ATS technology.
