We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Talent Resourcing Manager to join the team in Chorley. As the HR & Talent Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and workforce planning within the organisation.
Job Duties:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct regular workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future hiring needs
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home
- Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Ad-hoc travel to other sites
