  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering knowledge growth and commercial, high-quality client service.
  • Oversee the team, managing a high-functioning service that meets KPIs and client SLAs.
  • Lead quality checks and client discussions, ensuring documentation aligns with client needs, employment law, and reduces risk of negligence claims.
  • Engage with clients to understand documentation needs, offering tailored advice and critique to align with best practices.
  • Promote the company's wider activities, strengthening interdepartmental relationships and driving team satisfaction scores.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and on-boarding for new consultants, while ensuring all team members receive relevant updates on legislation and industry best practices.
