- Build strong relationships with managers, HR colleagues, and regional engagement representatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) queries, offering advice and coaching to empower managers in decision-making.
- Provide support on complex cases, including attending hearings, investigations, and appeals, and work with the HRBP to ensure consistency.
- Oversee HR processes, documentation, and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Advise on absence management and capability cases, including Occupational Health and Drug & Alcohol testing.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on HR policies and procedures alongside the Learning & Development team.
- Contribute to change initiatives, policy development, and HR audits to support continuous improvement.
- Identify HR trends to guide decision-making and promote best practices across the region.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Organized, customer-focused, and adept at handling ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Experience providing remote HR support across multiple sites, with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
