The Company:ER Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with our client, a distinguished organisation based in Leicester.They are looking for an HR Advisor who will partner with the wider business to provide guidance and support on HR issues and who is positive, proactive and passionate about the community.Role & Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:

  • Work on a wide range of HR activities, from handling grievances and disciplinaries to managing performance reviews and investigations.
  • Work closely with managers providing sound advice and steer them in relation to HR issues.
  • Support the wider company with any HR queries that come through.
  • Assist the HR team with day to day operations of the HR department.
  • Review and update company policies and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Alongside the Head of HR contribute and undertake audits.
  • Use HR and Payroll systems to input, compile and produce data and reports.
  • Liaise professionally with third parties on matters including health and wellbeing in the workplace.

About You as the HR Advisor:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Ideally 3 years minimum experience in a similar level HR role.
  • Experience using HR and Payroll systems.
  • Proactive and creative problem solver.
  • A willingness to learn and the ability to communicate effectively within the team.
  • Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised as required.
  • Enthusiastic and positive minded.
