HR Business Partner. 6 month FTC (possibility to extend/made perm) Home-Based (Travel Fully Expensed)2 days a month in Leicester We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This home-based role offers the opportunity to lead key projects within succession planning, talent/performance management and manager training.Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the talent and succession planning framework, ensuring its alignment with organisational goals.
  • Drive the capability agenda, including redesigning the appraisal process (e.g., 9-box grids) to enhance effectiveness and clarity.
  • Collaborate with managers across the business to deliver training on the refreshed talent and performance tools.
What to Expect:
  • Home-based with fully expensed travel.
  • Two visits per month to our Leicester office.
  • Occasional national travel to meet with managers and deliver training sessions.
