- Take ownership of the talent and succession planning framework, ensuring its alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive the capability agenda, including redesigning the appraisal process (e.g., 9-box grids) to enhance effectiveness and clarity.
- Collaborate with managers across the business to deliver training on the refreshed talent and performance tools.
- Home-based with fully expensed travel.
- Two visits per month to our Leicester office.
- Occasional national travel to meet with managers and deliver training sessions.
