Job Role: HR Consultant Salary: £50k+Commission Location: Leicester Monday-Friday ( HYBRID options) Are you ready to elevate your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CIPD HR Consultant to join our forward-thinking team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients; to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLA’s as a HR Consultant
  • To provide ER and HR related advice to clients; ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with associated solutions
  • To grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery as a HR consultant
  • To undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed
  • Travel across the UK would required to visit Clients on site as a HR consultant
  • To support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.

What We're Looking For:
  • CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management or as a HR consultant
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
