Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients; to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLA’s as a HR Consultant
To provide ER and HR related advice to clients; ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with associated solutions
To grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery as a HR consultant
To undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed
Travel across the UK would required to visit Clients on site as a HR consultant
To support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.

What We're Looking For:

CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management or as a HR consultant
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
