- Provide expert HR advice and support to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development as a HR consultant
- Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements as a HR consultant.Â
- Advise on employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programmes for clients on various HR-related topics.
- Keep up to date with employment laws and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing actionable HR strategies.
- CIPD Level 5 Minimum.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provide practical, effective HR solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Drivers license as you will be expected to travel to Multi- sites.Â
