If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR consulting, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact!Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development as a HR consultant
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements as a HR consultant. 
  • Advise on employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programmes for clients on various HR-related topics.
  • Keep up to date with employment laws and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing actionable HR strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • CIPD Level 5 Minimum.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide practical, effective HR solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Drivers license as you will be expected to travel to Multi- sites.
