Join a leading wellness and hospitality organisation as a Recruitment & People Officer. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a top employer by managing recruitment processes and providing HR support across various departments.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with department heads to fill vacancies efficiently.
  • Enhance recruitment materials on digital platforms to attract top talent and maintain interest in our organisation.
  • Draft job descriptions, craft compelling job adverts, and manage applications using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Take charge of advertising positions internally and externally, exploring new recruitment platforms and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Manage and expand a candidate database, including sending regular vacancy alerts.
  • Represent the organisation at job fairs, exhibitions, and competitions.
  • Handle all new starter documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Address queries from candidates and employees promptly.
  • Provide HR support for low-level performance, conduct, and wellbeing issues.
  • Offer administrative support for all HR processes and generate HR reports using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Troubleshoot system errors and respond to HRIS-related queries.
  • Participate in the development of HR projects, policies, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven recruitment experience, hospitality sector experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Tenacity, creativity, and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, including HRIS, and adept at navigating social media platforms.
