Senior HR BP role - FTC for c. 12 months

Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in supporting day-to-day HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, and delivering key projects.

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations, providing expert guidance to stakeholders.
  • Lead and support strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals.
  • Support with wider projects including Systems and Pay projects
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide HR advice, insights, and best practices.
  • Support wider HR projects, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and best practices.
  • Previous exposure to HR system implementations and Pay review projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change effectively.
  • Able to start within a few weeks
  • Peoven experience working in a charitable organisation
