Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in supporting day-to-day HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, and delivering key projects.
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, providing expert guidance to stakeholders.
- Lead and support strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals.
- Support with wider projects including Systems and Pay projects
- Partner with senior leaders to provide HR advice, insights, and best practices.
- Support wider HR projects, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and best practices.
- Previous exposure to HR system implementations and Pay review projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change effectively.
- Able to start within a few weeks
- Peoven experience working in a charitable organisation
