Trainee HR Advisor | Leicester based- Onsite | Permanent | Up to 26k | CIPD qualification includedAre you passionate about HR and looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are looking for a driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual who is studying towards their Level 3 or 5 CIPD and has 6 months + experience in a HR role. This opportunity is not one to be missed and it will give you exposure to all areas of the employee lifecycle including HR Administration, ER cases, Training and Recruitment.You will also have access to an endless scope for career progression and development opportunities. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join an expanding company as a Trainee HR Advisor.What you will be doing:-Assisting with all HR administration from onboarding to offboarding-Being the first point of contacts for HR queries-Supporting with HR best practice including polices, employment law and process-Assisting the Senior HR Manager with employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management-Supporting with training and recruitment activities-Managing and updating the HR system including system audits and producing HR reports -Ad hoc HR projects This is a super exciting opportunity!
