We are looking for a driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual who is studying towards their Level 3 or 5 CIPD and has 6 months + experience in a HR role. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join an expanding company as a Trainee HR Advisor.What you will be doing:-Assisting with all HR administration from onboarding to offboarding-Being the first point of contacts for HR queries-Supporting with HR best practice including polices, employment law and process-Assisting the Senior HR Manager with employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management-Supporting with training and recruitment activities-Managing and updating the HR system including system audits and producing HR reports -Ad hoc HR projects This is a super exciting opportunity!
