Internal Account Manager

Electrical Wholesale experience/background essential

We have an opportunity for somebody to join our experienced team to further cement ourselves as the market leader and maintain our position as the go-to company for sourcing lighting quickly and efficiently for our customers.

Role – Internal Account Manager

Hours of work: 8am-5pm

Duties

• Being part of a fast-moving sales team - quoting and helping customers via incoming calls & emails
• Order/Invoice entry
• Daily despatches of orders
• Obtaining FedEx PODs for customers
• Handling customer credit notes/shortages/damaged goods
• Understanding processes then moving into managing a National Wholesale Account 

Requirements

• Confident, hardworking, enthusiastic individual
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good Communication skills
• Electrical Wholesale experience/background essential

• Starting salary £28K (negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus Structure to follow
• Holiday - 20 days per year + Bank Holidays (Holiday accrual scheme – 1 day per year worked up to 25 days)
