Working Pattern: On-Site (until probation is passed, then to a hybrid working pattern)

Role Overview

I am on the lookout for a driven and energetic individual who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. As a First Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues across the company, providing IT support through multiple channels.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is a graduate, or recently completed an IT Apprenticeship, who wants to learn and progress their career. This company offers clear progression pathways and training plans. You will have the opportunity to progress on the service desk, or branch into other teams in the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technical equipment.
  • Accurately document all queries with detailed information to ensure efficient progression and resolution by other teams.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring appropriate account authorisations and system access are provided.
  • Contribute to and assist with various projects as required.

Requirements

  • Base knowledge of IT - this could be learnt through a degree, IT Apprenticeship or a previous IT Support role.
  • Willingness to learn and develop career.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled in self-managing and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
