The Company

My client is an award-winning financial services business who are experiencing a continued period of growth and transformation. They are headquartered in Leicestershire.

The Role

This newly created Data Manager primarily be responsible for leading a small but growing team of experienced data professionals as well as being heavily involved with the on-going development of the data governance strategy and standards.

The Person

This is a senior role where the successful candidate will be given a great degree or autonomy and responsibility and can begin to make an impact very quickly.

The successful candidate must be a strong all-rounder and possess a good mix of leadership, technical, data governance and project management experience.

Any experience in financial services / regulated industry is great but is by no means essential.

This will be a broad and fast paced role working as part of a small but growing team, so we are looking for a confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to be on-site in 2-3 days a week ideally.
