Our client has a permanent vacancy for an IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join their close-knit, friendly IT team.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training, improving employee technical skills and supporting the IT Director with various tasks in order to provide a smooth IT process for the business, whilst ensuring employees IT needs are met.

Some of these duties will include:

  • Identify IT training needs for all users, across all offices
  • Design and maintain all training materials, user guides and training videos for all required IT training
  • Maintenance and delivery of the IT Induction programme for new starters
  • Design and deliver of a range of structured and ad hoc training opportunities and providing advice and guidance to users, at all levels, across the business
  • Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business
  • Supported by the IT Director and other members of the Digital Adoption Team, work with each department to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology

A little about you:

  • Knowledge/understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work professionally and independently
  • A working and support knowledge of legal software applications is desirable
  • Good customer service skills

Work Location: In person, contracted office with ability to travel to other regional offices when required.
