Job Duties:- Assist with various manual labour tasks on construction sites.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Help with the loading and unloading of materials.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and garbage.
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
No specific education requirements.
Experience:- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Additional certifications related to construction.
- Experience operating construction machinery.
