Project Draughts Person
Full Time – Permanent
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 Per Annum

Due to further growth plans, they have a exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Project Draughts Person on a Full Time Permanent basis.
Project Draughts Person role:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project design and delivery.
- Take full ownership of the design of projects from receipt of order through to completion Work in line with service level agreements as a Project Draughts Person
- Maintain budget and manage the timely purchase of resources
- Use 2D CAD design package to prepare and draw in readiness for client approval and manufacturing purposes as a Project Draughtsperson
- Utilise existing skills and experience as a Project Draughts Person in achieving results
- Maintain communication with contracts team regarding progress and variations as a Project Draughts Person
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered within timescales
- Manage and ensure quality is met for the design of own projects
Project Draughts Person requirements:
- Significant experience and technical competency façade elements of construction
- High level of understanding of Architects / Steelwork / Cladding Details and Building elevation.
- Highly competent in using 2D AutoCAD as a Projects Draughts Person
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A keen interest in continuous learning and professional development.
