We are looking for an experienced mechanical fitter to join a well-established company. Reporting directly to the engineering team leader you will be a key member of the engineering team. You will be involved in all aspects of machine building and commissioning within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong mechanical fitter looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description:

• • Mech Fitter - Machine Builder
  • Precision Taping and Winding Machines
  • Plain bearing, Linear bearings, Rails, Shafts
  • Rolling element bearings, Shafts
  • Pneumatics
  • Chains and sprocket drives
  • Motors and Gearbox fitting
  • Using hand tools - Lathe, Millers, Pedestal Drills, Grinders

Skills and Qualifications:

• Machine Building Experience
• Time served
• Small precision and large machine experience
