Are you a qualified Art and Design Teacher looking for a new job in Leicester? Do you have a passion for inspiring young minds and preparing them for their future? If so, we have an exciting role for you!


We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' 11-16 secondary school in Leicester who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Art and Design Teacher to provide long-term cover from January. This is a full-time role with the possibility to extend. You will be responsible for teaching English across KS3 and KS4, following the national curriculum and preparing students for GCSE exams.


To be eligible for this job, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT's welcome to apply.
  • A degree in Art and Design or a related subject
  • Experience of teaching Art and Design to KS3 and KS4 students
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
