About the Role:

As a Credit Control Assistant, you will support the Credit Control Manager in managing the company's accounts receivable. This role involves assisting with debt collection, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth credit control operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Debt Collection: Contact customers to follow up on overdue accounts and help arrange payment plans.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all payments and transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Help with data entry, filing, and report preparation to support credit control activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a finance or credit control role is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
