- Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring smooth client interactions as a IFA administrator
- Process client applications, updates, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update client records in the system, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
- Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and obtain necessary information.
- Assist with research and preparation of financial reports for clients.
- Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining documents.
- Ensure that all tasks comply with regulatory and company policiesas a IFA Administrator.
- Previous experience in financial services administration is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial planning software is advantageous.
