Job role: IFA Administrator Salary: £23k-24kLocation: Leicester Monday- Friday office full time Profile Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with an interest in financial services?Join our growing team as an IFA Administrator and play a key role in supporting Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to deliver exceptional client service!Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring smooth client interactions as a IFA administrator 
  • Process client applications, updates, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update client records in the system, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and obtain necessary information.
  • Assist with research and preparation of financial reports for clients.
  • Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining documents.
  • Ensure that all tasks comply with regulatory and company policiesas a IFA Administrator. 
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in financial services administration is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial planning software is advantageous.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
