This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a company who pride themselves on innovation with the fintech space.The roleAs a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The role:
- Managing and responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal company policies.
- Assisting senior management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Liaising with internal departments, including the technology team, to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in pensions, employee benefits, or financial services administration.
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A willingness to work onsite in Leicester for four days per week.
