SSAS Portfolio Training and Culture Development Manager

Reed Financial Services are seeking a SSAS Portfolio Training and Culture Development Manager to join a partnering team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive SSAS portfolio training and fostering a culture that is supported by our core values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect (PEER). The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting a growth mindset and ensuring continuous improvement and development across the teams.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide end-to-end SSAS portfolio training, from inception to completion.
- Cultivate a workplace culture that aligns with our values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect.
- Encourage continuous learning and development within the team, promoting a growth mindset.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by attending conferences and engaging with relevant materials.
- Ensure all training materials are current and adhere to industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to SSAS portfolio management.
- Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines as outlined in the Health & Safety Management System document.
- Model and promote behaviours that reflect our Company Values ‘PEER’.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the Self-Administered Pensions arena, particularly with SSAS.
- Deep understanding of the cradle to grave administration process for SSAS.
- Proven track record of creating and sustaining a positive team culture aligned with organisational values.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in training and development contexts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in presenting to industry professionals, working within set budgets, and meeting face-to-face with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Experience in developing and running training seminars and workshops.
