Hours of Work and Salary:
Morning shift
- Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 15:30
- or Monday 05:30-14:30, Tuesday - Thursday 06:00-14:30
- Friday 06:30-10:00 or 06:00-11:00
- £14.23 PER HOUR (up to £14.96 after 6 months)
Afternoon shift
- Monday 14:00 - 23:00
- Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30
- Friday 10:45AM - 15:45PM
- £17.08 PER HOUR (up to £17.95 after 6 months)
Night shift
- Monday 21:15 - 06:30
- Tuesday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30
- Friday 17:30PM - 22:30PM
- £18.07 PER HOUR (up to £19.00 after 6 months)
Responsibilities:
- Cover Powder coat process when required
* Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute).* Change equipment as per standardised work requirements.* Rework rejected parts to high Quality standards.* Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within H&S requirements.* Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices.* Adhere to company's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence,Teamwork.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems.* Knowledge of different paint types.* Knowledge of MSDS and COSSH systems.* Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters.* The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures.* Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude.* You will possess effective communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organisation.* Willing to undertake training/learning as required.
Please note that a practical spray test will be undertaken prior to being offered an assignment.
