Key responsibilities:

  • Managing planning applications, appeals, and consultations for a range of development projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a planning role within local government, consultancy, or the development industry.
  • A relevant Planning qualification (or working towards one) and membership of RTPI (or working towards).
  • Strong understanding of planning systems and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • An ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to work.
