About the RoleAs a Senior Town Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving planning initiatives, managing complex projects, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders. You'll lead the preparation of planning applications, strategic plans, and environmental assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations while embracing creative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage planning applications and appeals from inception to approval.
  • Conduct site appraisals, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.

About YouWe're looking for someone with:
