Are you an experienced RTPI Planner looking for an exciting opportunity to fast-track your career toward directorship?

A niche consultancy in Leicester is seeking a motivated professional with a passion for development management (public or private sector), a keen interest in business development and management, and strong client relationship skills.

The Role:This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established planning consultancy with a clear pathway to becoming a salaried director within 2 years and equity director within 5 years.

You will handle a varied portfolio of planning projects, manage your own workload with support as needed, and play an integral role in growing the business. The role offers mentoring and a primarily office-based environment to maximize professional development and collaboration.

About You:We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with:

  • 2-6 years post-qualification experience in planning.
