URGENT: Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced Laser Setter Operator for a busy fabrication company, if you have experience and are looking to join a busy expanding company with the potential to progress to supervisor….. this is it.
You will mainly be cutting sheet metal components, you will also be trouble shooting and responsible for basic maintenance on the machine.
There will be manual handling but for any heavy work, there will be a 2-person lift involved.
It's a small team, you are left alone and there is no silly production target to hit.
It's full time. The hours are rotating AM & PM shifts.
This is a temp to perm position, the only thing that will stop you going permanent is you.
What skills / experience is needed for this role?
You need to be an experienced with CNC lasers, able to confidently set, operate & maintain the machine, and someone with the right attitude.
Due to the location unless you live local to Syston you will need your own transport.
It's NOT a trainee role and we are NOT looking for a complete newbie with no experience.
