The role requires a minimum of 3 years PQE in handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £50-£55 depending on experience.
Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, supervising colleagues, and managing high caseloads from start to finish.
The role features flexible hours and hybrid working, with the office attendance required only once every two weeks.

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding local authority based in Leicester. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. If you have experience in Civil Litigation and are looking for a new challenge, then this Civil Litigation Lawyer role could be the perfect opportunity for you.This role pays a competitive rate of £50-£55 an hour umbrella depending on experience.This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
Provide supervision and support to colleagues as needed.
Work under pressure.
Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.

About you:

3 years PQE handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive
Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skills
