The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, overseeing the process from instruction to completion while ensuring a seamless and efficient service for clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Caseload: Handle a variety of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and timely progression through all stages.
  • Client Interaction: Provide expert legal advice to clients and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the transaction.
  • Documentation: Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork with precision, ensuring all documents meet legal standards.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with legal and firm standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other solicitors, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues that arise during transactions quickly, offering practical and effective solutions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
