Are you a Corporate Solicitor with 1-2 years' PQE looking for a fresh and exciting challenge? We are currently working with a small but fast-growing law firm in Leicester that is expanding its Corporate division and looking for talented individuals like you to join their team.

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to be part of a growing team, where you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality corporate matters. You will have the chance to handle organically generated work from the firm's commercial divisions, giving you exposure to diverse and dynamic cases.
As part of a close-knit team, you'll work in an environment where your input is valued, and there is ample opportunity for career development and progression as the firm continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.
* Provide corporate governance advice.
* Support clients on business sales and purchases.
* Work closely with the firm's commercial divisions to handle inbound work.
* Play a role in expanding and developing the Corporate division within the firm.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-2 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.
* Strong experience in corporate matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate governance.
* Commercially minded, with an enthusiasm for growing the practice.
* A proactive, team-oriented individual with a drive to succeed and develop professionally.
* Based in or around the Leicester area.
