Criminal Defence Solicitor – Leicester Join a leading East Midlands law firm with a reputation for looking after its staff. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a firm who is well known for its work in both crime and childcare law and is also Legal 500 ranked. 

The firm prides itself on being close-knit with a supportive atmosphere, where staff wellbeing is prioritised. It offers flexibility in working arrangements and value long-term staff retention and progression, as evidenced by several team members who have advanced within the firm.

The role is for a Crime Solicitor with between 0 and 3 years of post-qualification experience. While duty accreditation is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role involves working within a supportive team led by experienced directors and solicitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support in crime-related cases
  • Collaborate with a team that includes directors, senior solicitors, trainees, paralegals, and secretaries
  • Engage in both private and legal aid work

About You:
